JANNAF Journal of Propulsion & Energetics
The JANNAF Journal of Propulsion and Energetics is an unclassified, limited-distribution technical journal dedicated to the publication of scholarly work in the fields of aerospace propulsion and energetic materials research and development. The objective of the JANNAF Journal is to provide a forum for the propulsion community to recognize scientists and engineers conducting significant work; to provide refereed review of limited-distribution and export-controlled work; and to archive the achievements of individuals in the industry. The Journal covers a broad range of topics in the areas of systems and components, propulsion and energetic materials technology, and systems applications.
The JANNAF Journal was established in 2006 by the JANNAF Interagency Propulsion Committee as a forum for members of the propulsion community to submit scholarly manuscripts that have been designated for peer review and formal publication. It is comprised of scholarly technical papers, written by distinguished authors from across all segments of the American propulsion and energetics community. The JANNAF Journal is an annual publication, released in hardcopy each December at the JANNAF Propulsion Meeting and distributed at both the spring and winter JANNAF Meetings. All issues are available electronically via JDOC, the JANNAF Digital Online Collection, and pre-publication drafts of articles are also made available on JDOC as soon as they are approved for release. The Journal provides scientists, researchers, and other technical specialists the opportunity to share information that would otherwise go unpublished, allowing readers access to controlled data that could further their own work.
