If you do not have an active Portal account, apply A.S.A.P. This registration pre-requisite should NOT be left to the last minute.
MEETING VIRTUAL PLATFORM
DoD Office 365 (Teams)
The December meeting will be conducted using the DoD approved Microsoft Teams platform, which is IL5 compliant as required for JANNAF content. Specific instructions devised for success in accessing meeting sessions and applicable to all registered attendees, regardless of organization, will be provided by Monday, 29 November in the Virtual Platform section of the December meeting website and/or via communication sent directly to registered attendees.
If you will be attending the December meeting and have not attended a meeting in a DoD approved Microsoft Teams environment in the past, we will be conducting two testing sessions designed to ensure your ability to join meeting sessions. These testing sessions will be conducted between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, 1 December, and Thursday, 2 December. You are urged to set aside a few minutes to join one of these sessions to ensure smooth access during the meeting. Instructions for registered attendees to join these sessions will be posted by 29 November on the DoD Teams Testing Sessions page of the website.
